The "Tick-Tock" Meditation

Rhythm-based balance through movement

Purpose

Your body naturally alternates polarity with each step. Right foot = Blue (receptive). Left foot = Red (active). This walking meditation makes you aware of the constant oscillation between opposites.

Best Time

Anytime you need to reset. Works indoors or outdoors. 5-10 minutes minimum.

The Practice

1
Start Walking: Walk at a slow, deliberate pace. Clear path, no distractions.
2
Right Foot (Tick): As your right foot touches the ground, think "Blue." Feel receptive, calm, grounded.
3
Left Foot (Tock): As your left foot touches, think "Red." Feel active, energized, present.
4
Repeat: Tick (Blue). Tock (Red). Let the rhythm become automatic.
5
Notice: After a few minutes, stop labeling. Just feel the natural oscillation. You're always moving between polarities.

What You'll Feel

A meditative flow state. The walk becomes the teacher. Balance isn't something you achieve—it's something you already do.
