Purpose
Water is neutral—neither Blue nor Red until influenced. This communal ritual uses stones and water to demonstrate how balance works physically, not mystically.
Materials Needed
A clear glass of room-temperature water. Two small stones (one light-colored, one dark).
The Practice
1
Set Up: Place the glass of water in front of you. Place the light stone on your right, dark stone on your left.
2
Observe: The water is neutral. The stones represent Light (positive/Blue) and Dark (negative/Red).
3
Drop the Stones: Gently drop both stones into the water simultaneously. Watch the ripples interact and settle.
4
Drink: After the water calms, drink it slowly. You've witnessed polarity in action and absorbed balance.
What You'll Feel
A sense of simplicity. Balance isn't magic—it's physics.
